Northwest Multiple Listing Service unveiled a new client portal called OneHome™ last month. Creators of the secure, easy-to-use platform promise “the timeliest and most robust information in the industry.”
Upon answering a series of questions, clients can see at a glance how closely a property fits their criteria, thanks to a PropertyFit™ Score, which uses Artificial Intelligence Technology to create a percentage score for all listings. House hunters can create and save searches, and also have the option to receive instant SMS notifications on new or updated listings.
OneHome™ is accessible in Matrix. Only clients that have been invited by the broker are able to access OneHome™.
In addition to using the latest technology for a superb browsing experience, the enhanced client portal offers valuable insights about clients to enable brokers to be better informed about which homes they desire and view, and to track where they are in the real estate process. The intuitive interface works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
As part of the rollout, Northwest MLS provides user guides, live webinars, videos, and an informational flyer.
