Kelly Lennox

Chief Legal Officer

Kelly Lennox, Chief Legal Officer, leads the legal function and oversees rules and compliance, human resources, communications, and training at NWMLS. As a member of the executive leadership team, she provides strategic counsel, supports a strong organizational culture, and helps translate organizational priorities into effective programs and practices. Her leadership ensures NWMLS employees and members receive clear guidance, effective training, and timely communications.

Kelly brings deep expertise across real estate, litigation, and regulatory compliance. She spent nearly a decade at Redfin Corporation, where she ultimately served as Vice President of Legal. During her tenure, she led multiple legal functions and teams and advised senior executives on a wide range of strategic and operational issues. Following Rocket Companies’ acquisition of Redfin, Kelly joined Rocket as Senior Vice President of Legal, where she led the real estate legal vertical and oversaw the company’s real estate industry relations team.

Kelly began her career as a litigator at Foster Pepper, where she handled all aspects of complex litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.

Outside the office, Kelly stays busy chasing her two goldendoodles, cycling, and strength training. She enjoys cheering for Notre Dame, the Seahawks, and the Mariners. She and her husband share a goal of seeing live tennis matches at all four Grand Slam tournaments.
