Justin Haag

General Counsel

Justin Haag, General Counsel for NWMLS, joined the organization in 2008 and oversees the company’s legal functions, including serving as a key advisor to leadership, managing NWMLS’s rules and policies, administering member dispute resolution, and directing data use and licensing. Prior to joining the organization, Justin practiced law at Foster Pepper PLLC in Seattle, WA, where he represented a variety of clients in real estate and other matters. He received a Juris Doctorate from University of California Davis and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. 

When not in the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, snowboarding, golfing, and rooting for all Seattle teams (especially the Washington Huskies).
