Destiny Bowman, Director of Finance, joined NWMLS in 2021. With a deep understanding of the human element within organizations, Destiny has cultivated a notable career as a Finance and Human Resources executive with more than 15 years’ experience. At NWMLS, Destiny oversees all areas of Finance and Human Resources and has a genuine commitment to fostering the growth and well-being of both the company and its people. Destiny is committed to partnering with leadership in strategic decision making to develop and lead programs related to the finance and human resource functions. 

Destiny is a Pacific Northwest native with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Bellevue College. Time outside of work is spent with her family and friends. Destiny enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling.
