Chief Operations Officer

Chelsea Goyer, Chief Operations Officer, leads enterprise operations across technology, product delivery, and member support. She partners closely with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into operational plans, drive cross-functional execution, and enhance service delivery for NWMLS members. Chelsea focuses on strengthening organizational performance through clear metrics, streamlined processes, and strong leadership development.

Chelsea brings nearly two decades of experience in real estate, brokerage operations, and technology. Before joining NWMLS, she held brokerage and partnership leadership roles at Opendoor, served as Chief of Staff at Remine, and spent more than a decade at Redfin, where she was Vice President of Recruiting, Partner Programs, and Industry Relations. Her work has consistently focused on improving how real estate markets serve brokers, agents, and consumers.

In her free time, Chelsea loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters. You’ll often find her on the water, in the garden, or planning the next trip, especially if it involves Maui. She’s also always looking for a good excuse to host friends and family and bring people together.
