NWMLS Photographer License Program
Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) is a not-for-profit organization serving real estate brokerage and appraisal firms throughout Washington. Member firms often work with professional photographers to market properties listed in NWMLS.
To simplify photo licensing, NWMLS offers a Photographer License Agreement that photographers can sign directly with NWMLS. This agreement grants NWMLS and its Members the rights needed to use property photos under NWMLS rules and policies—while photographers retain full ownership of their work.
Photographers who sign the License are listed on the NWMLS member website so brokers know they can work with them without additional licensing steps or concerns.
NWMLS appreciates your partnership in helping streamline the photo licensing process for the real estate community.
If you’re a photographer interested in signing the license:
Email photos@nwmls.com to request a copy of the agreement and instructions for submission.
