Join NWMLS as a New Subscriber
Licensed real estate brokers become subscribers of NWMLS by joining a Northwest MLS member firm.
Follow These Steps:
1. Contact a Northwest MLS Managing Broker.
2. Your new firm will add you to NWMLS.
3. NWMLS will assign you a LAG (Listing Agent) number and email you step-by-step instructions for gaining access to the NWMLS website and leasing a keybox key.
