NWMLS Members: Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
Terms of Use:
Site Security and Dual Factor Authentication:
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) improves the security of account access by employing two methods to identify you as the legitimate account holder and provides a more secure login process to our site. To continue to use your account, you must enroll in 2FA. You acknowledge that once 2FA is connected to your account, access to your account requires your standard account credentials together with a periodically changing authentication code provided by email, text message, or smartphone application.
If you elect to receive the required authentication code via text message, then you must provide your phone number and opt in to our text messaging program. By doing so, you consent to receive a one-time transactional security code on your mobile device. Standard message and data rates may apply. For assistance, reply HELP to the number from which you received the message, or contact us at (425) 820-9200. If you do not wish to receive text messages or other communications, you may opt out of such communications at any time in your MyNWMLS Account Settings. You may also opt-out of receiving text messages by replying “STOP” at any time from the mobile device receiving the messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
