NWMLS Announces Officers for Its 2026 Board of Directors

Elected leadership represents a broad cross section of brokerages and markets across the region

Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), the leading resource for the region’s residential real estate industry, announced its officers for the 2026 Board of Directors. The elected officers bring extensive and diverse experience in brokerage leadership, industry governance, and community engagement.

Jill Himlie, designated broker/owner of Windermere Real Estate/Himlie in Shelton, has been elected chairperson of the 2026 board. Himlie previously served as the 2025 vice chairperson and has held numerous leadership roles within local community organizations and the Realtor association.

Other elected officers include:

About the 2026 Officers

Jill Himlie

CHAIRPERSON

Himlie is the designated broker/owner of Windermere Real Estate/Himlie in Shelton and holds the SRES certification and CRB designation. A charter member and membership chair of Salish Sea Rotary, she also serves on the Mason County Historical Society board, the Peninsula Credit Union supervisory board, and is a former board member of the Shelton-Mason County Chamber and the Mason County Association of Realtors (MCAR).

JoAnna Harrison

VICE Chairperson

Harrison is the managing broker of Coldwell Banker Cascade in Wenatchee. She currently serves as the vice president for the Board of Directors for the North Central Washington Association of Realtors (NCWAR). Harrison has been the recipient of NCWAR’s Realtor Achievement Award both in 2020 and 2022.

Rachelle Willhite

Treasurer

Willhite is the founder and owner of Best Choice Realty, operating 10 offices across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. She is actively engaged with the NWMLS Finance Committee, NWMLS task forces, builder associations, chambers of commerce, and independent broker groups statewide. She is also a certified real estate instructor and teaches real estate continuing education with her clock hour school.

Jon Hunter

Secretary

Hunter has more than 27 years of real estate leadership in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. As an executive and branch manager with John L. Scott, he has led offices in diverse markets, mentored hundreds of brokers, and driven strategic initiatives. He has extensive NWMLS experience, including serving as a panel member and chair for arbitration and discipline panels, and serving on the Bylaws and Rules Committee.

David Maider

Immediate Past Chairperson

Maider is the owner and designated broker at Windermere Real Estate M2 LLC, with more than 30 years of experience in King and Snohomish counties. He is actively involved in the Windermere Foundation and other Snohomish County-based charities and has served as past chair of the Windermere Snohomish County Standards of Practice.
