Tom Hurdelbrink

President & Chief Executive Officer

Tom Hurdelbrink, CAE, has been the President and CEO of Northwest MLS (NWMLS) since 2008. Tom leads the organization in the strategic direction incorporated in the mission, vision, and organizational plans authorized by its volunteer Board of Directors. Core to those initiatives are fostering an environment for members to cooperate and maintain ethical relationships among themselves and with the public, sustaining a high standing of real estate brokerage in the community, and to better serve the public in all real estate transactions. 

Tom oversees a professional staff of about 100 in delivering the award-winning customer service NWMLS is known for. Tom has a multi-decade career in association management and has been a Certified Association Executive (CAE) since 1996. He has been an active participant and Board member of Council of MLSs, MLS GRID data management LLC, Moderne Ventures, Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC, and Washington Society of Association Executives/Excellence.

When not focusing on work, Tom enjoys time with family, which includes his wife and three adult children, and time with friends. His other interests include music, hiking, traveling, and some golf. Trying new things is cool, too.
