to the NWMLS New Subscriber Orientation. This online course was developed to assist you in learning about NWMLS products, services, rules, regulations, processes and procedures. You must complete the Orientation and answer all of the test questions correctly before you can obtain a KeyBox Key.

How It Works
The New Subscriber Orientation will take approximately 1.5 hour to complete. You can start and stop as much as you wish. If you leave the Orientation before you finish, you will be automatically returned to the same point when you left.

Login
To log on to the course, you must use the email address on file with NWMLS and your LAG # as your password. If NWMLS does not have your email address, you must provide one before you can take the New Subscriber Orientation. You can do this by calling 425-820-9200 or 1-800-541-0455 if long distance.

Computer Requirements
Your computer must meet certain minimum requirements in order to view and hear the New Subscriber Orientation Course. After completing the system check below you will see the course log on page. We strongly suggest you bookmark the log on page in the event you want to leave the course and come back to it later. This will allow you to by-pass the system check on this computer.

To view and hear the New Subscriber Orientation, your computer must have Macromedia Flash installed and have sound production capability for you to hear audio through speakers or headphones. If your computer has any pop-up blocker software, you must temporarily disable it while you are taking the course.
